For the past month I get a frozen PLEASE RELOAD message every time I sign in to my account. HELP!

Yes, I have cleared my cache and cookies. I have rebooted my computer. I have tried using other browsers, such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. I have also updated my Adobe Flash Player and Mozilla Firefox. I don't know what else I can possibly do. I can hear the music playing, but I cannot get rid of the frozen pig picture. I am on Level 1239 and can no longer play!

Yes, I do. My laptop is only 2 years old.

OK, install the game app from Microsoft Store here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/farm-heroes-saga/9nkmkxnqv2m8?activetab=pivot:overviewtab

Once installed, remember to connect the game app back to Facebook so your progress can sync. Note, that Boosters, Lives, extra challenges and events, do not get synced.

I do not have this game currently connected to Facebook. So, will I lose my progress, (Level 1239)? I would hate to have to start this game all over again. It took me a couple of years to get this far. I am able to play this game on my PC as a "new" player, but starting from Level 1. As soon as I sign in, I get the "SOMETHING WENT WRONG. PLEASE RELOAD!" message, as in the screenshot above.

No problem, you can connect the game to your King account so your progress can sync.
