I was thinking it was only in Friends!!!  Looks like this Party is everywhere!! 

I am thinking it could be a Birthday party since it has been exactly an year since this lovely Community is born!! 

But, it could be anything funny or mischievous because, it is Mr.Chewy that's throwing the party and announcing and making announcements

It's a kind of croissant, but the dough is different, is cut in the middle with whipped cream.
Is called Maritozzo and it's possible to find it only in Rome Italy.
It's really great. =)3
