Same thing here without the adds, its just frustrating.
I am the same no ads for a month and can't get past level with out them. Playing something else at the moment. Very frustrating

I think you are referring to the Ads you get to watch to get 3 extra moves, am I right? If yes, this is not a permanent feature so it can come and go.
However, just make sure you are connected to a strong internet connection, the game is up to date and you can try disconnecting the game app from Facebook/King account and connect it again and see if that helps. If you still don't have it, you will have it back soon π

Why can I not receive or ask for lives from my team mates. Also how do I make them my friends as there isn't a friends request button
This game has changed. It's so much harder with less ways to earn lives. I have reached level 5350 I am now deleting the game. I've had enough so thanks for ruining it by making so many negative and unhelpful changes
I've tried contacting support and they're hopeless. Not addressing the issue or answering my questions. The latest temporary event where you needed to collect logs, disappeared from my game. I got a message that it was 'taking a break', (or something to that effect, which I've never seen in the game before), two daysβ¦
Why can't I unselect boosters?
Could someone explain to me how while I play and complete 1 (one) game in a race a person I am racing can pass 8 (eight) within the same time frame?
