Gold Bar Use

Hi,

Yesterday tried to use nine (9) gold bars to add extra lives, the bars ere deducted from the total but no lives were received. Can the bard be restored or are they just gone. Thank you.

Hi @MitchR when you say extra lives, do you mean extra moves? As lives cost 12 gold and are not available on the board screen.

Hi and welcome to the community.

No they are not surely lost. But you have to contact directly to player support from your game application settings. They have all your game data and purchase history and your gold bars will be refunded to you.

Don't worry! You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
