Why does my screen turn pink when the game is trying to give a hint?

Whenever the game tries to give a hint or tip on how to play my screen turns mostly pink and I can barely see and make the move its telling me to make. Anyone else having this issue and how do you fix it?

@nitalita2002 I'm glad you found us and I'm sorry you're having this issue with the game. My friends here are just trying to help as they are players just like you and are not here to solve issues with the game but they do try their best to support 🤩

May I ask which device you are playing on and how much storage you have left on the device?

Graphical issues are usually related to a device not having enough storage so if you can tell me what device you are playing on, I will be happy to check if this is the case ☺️

Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if you still have this issue.
