My account shows a different name

I just came back to the game, and I have it linked to my Facebook profile, and for some reason it shows my profile picture but a different name, and on the app, I try to reach cx service but it does not load anything on that end. I have already delete and download again but its still the same. Any advice or what should I do?

Are you sharing a device with anyone else?

Could you let us know which device you are playing on. Have you tried clearing the game/browser cache?

if you are using an ios device have you tried this?

Some old data might be stuck with your Facebook connection. In this case, we recommend clearing the Safari cache, and this is how you do it:

- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).

- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).

- Restart the device and connect the game to your Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
