Yesterday I ran a diagnostics with troubleshooting on the PC with Window 10.
Its ok. If you can get ccleaner over there, it is a good programme and cleans cache and old files a lot simpler π
I inflicted it on myself. Thanks very much. I don't know much about PCs.
Sometimes I have to log out then back in on the app after updates to get it connecting again.
There is a link explaining how to clean windows cache, however I use a programme called ccleaner which (is free) and a lot easier.
We do not need to log out from the game everyday, Peggy!
We are suggested to take that step only when we experience certain glitches. To have glitches in the games is common - especially in App versions!
I never log in and out. These are big mistakes that shouldn't be made. I just close all aps and open them again. I can't find the cache anywhere in the PC apps. I switch back and forth between PC and tablet because of life. I basically don't buy anything in the games. Thanks for replying and helping. Good evening Peggy

That's what I thought the issue was - the timer shows we still have some unlimited lives left, but the pop-up asks us to buy lives. But, needed to confirm that, that is the issueπ
And, yes! Log-in & log out; Closing the App are the usual tricks to clear this glitch. If these 2 didn't work, then clearing cache is the remedy.

I had about 15 limited lives left. It stood and didn't move anymore. And I had to make the life request. The limited lives have expired. That's the mistake. I thought the picture shows it. I had to close the app and now everything is running normally.

I am sorry, I do not understand what it says in the pop-up box! I only understood that it is something about Lives!!
