Help!!!

Why is that my boyfriend when he plays Farm Hero Saga and he dies on a level he has the option to watch a video to continue playing on? But when I do I don’t get the option to do so. I thought it was because he has an IPhone and I had an Android, and nope I got an iPhone and still it doesn’t give me the option?? Anyone know why this is ?
