My friends have disappeared from my game so I am not receiving any lives

same issues here but I’m logged in with a Google account that’s not associated with my FB account. I’ve noticed quite a long time ago that I was not receiving magic beans from friends anymore and it’s showing “No friends available”. Not sure what is going on and cannot find any resources for this problem, but in the past discussions it appears this problem has been going on for many other accounts for years. Wish they would resolve this.
having the same issue here no friends are showing on the map. No friends show to give or send lives. No highest score show after passing a level either. Done all the above no joy

Ok... have you tried logging out, restarting your phone and then logging back in?
It sounds like it's saying you are logged in, but you're actually not.
It says I have no friends connected so I’m not getting any beans or lives sent to me. It’s very frustrating. It’s also not showing friends on the game and my picture has gone ?
When you say disappeared from your game, can you still request lives from the heart icon?
I know the studio are trialling an update where the friends list has gone from after we have played a level.
Yes I’ve checked and I’m active and allow friends ? Any other suggestions? Thank you
Thanks for letting me know. Can you open your Facebook and go to settings, then apps and find farm heroes. Check that it's active and that you have given your friends list permission to be shared.
