Can't buy gold bars!

Whenever I try to buy gold bars, the 'purchasing' icon just loops endlessly and I have to restart the game. 3 times now I have been down to within two or three moves of winning only to have to restart. This started on Friday 8-19 and is continuing today 8-19. Can someone please look into this??

Issue appears to have resolved itself. For now, anyway!

Are you playing through Facebook or on the windows 10 app?

I would be more annoyed at candy doing it. Some of those levels are brutal!

So it sounds like a connection issue somewhere then and is likely somewhere between your phone and the store as its not a general problem. So that is one thing.

Which device is it you play on? Android or ios? Have you checked for updates to make sure there are none waiting? (Don't rely on automatic as they don't always update quick enough)

Have you tried logging out, restarting, then back in again? (I am assuming you have your progress saved by the kingdom or facebook)

And finally, have you tried using a different connection? Such as mobile network instead of wifi.

When I get near the end of the episode, maybe only have 2-3 squares left to clear, that's when I click on buy more gold bars. And that's when the endless looping starts. Not asking to buy more moves. No other connection issues. (Buying gold bars in Candy Crush works just fine.) Now what??

After I posted this, I tried to buy gold bars in Candy Crush and now am gettint the same endless looping.

Is everything else ok? It's not coming up with any other connection errors, just when you go to the store?

Are you trying to purchase them at the end when it asks if you want to buy five moves?
