My game has been like this for weeks, if not months. I get over 18 and it never resets back to day 1 or does the endless chest.

Now, a new season has started and you will be restarting to climb the tiers again! If you experience this issue again this season also, please come back and report as soon as you notice that you cannot collect the prize even when the Endless chest has more than 18 points/18!
