    Hello @Sandra_Chevalier and welcome to the community. Are you getting connection lost?

    Are you playing on a browser or a mobile device? We seem to have an issue playing the game on the browser at the moment, so firstly I would ask that you clear your cache and cookies. Check the browser for any updates.

    Go into Facebook settings, check apps and then FHS and make sure you have given all the permissions and it is active.

    Then if it is still having issues and you have a windows 10/11 computer, I would advise that you go to the microsoft store and download the app and play using that. You can log in with Facebook or the Kingdom depending on which you play using.

    If it is a mobile device, please tell me what you were doing before the issue started and which device you have. Thank you 🤗
