hello i was offline a couple of days ago and when i came back i had no lives from friends also i was no longer in a group so i thought it was just a glitch and continued playing came back yesterday as normal and go tthe same thing and today is the same this is what i get when i try to create a group for free

yet i havent lost internet connection please could someone help with regards this as cant request lives in team as it appears i dont have a team this is what i get when i press ask team.

so im kind of stuck use to get lives and beans from friends but dont get anything now yet i transferred the game onto facebook when we was all asked to if we played via the official king site
