App not responding or loading

I use a Chromebook (Chrome OS). My app stopped responding or loading 3 days ago. I have cleared my cache and restarted my Chromebook but the app is still not responding or loading

No the app still will not load. All I get is the orange screen with the King logo and it doesn't go any further. Any help would be appreciated

This is only for Farm Heroes? Do you play other games?

It happens on Pet Rescue, Farm Heroes Super, Friends and Farm Heroes. None of them respond or load

Jumping in here to assist my friend @encantes🌞

As per what I have seen in Candy Crush area, players that use MacBook and Chromebook have been experiencing this kind of loading issues from time to time!!

Since you are playing Farm Heroes Super Saga and Friends as well, I am assuming that you have been playing the App versions.

Can you please try to open Farm Heroes Saga (and Pet Rescue Saga as well) on a browser and see if the game loads? Unfortunately, you cannot try this for other 2 games🙃

I tried loading from a browser, took me to google play store where I tried to play but message still 'not responding'. I hope this helps
