My progress on fall event.. reset back to level 1..

Are there any tech issues that would hv reset my fall event??

I worked so hard to get to lvl 17.

It resolved itself... could be my device.. I'm sure glad I didn't lose any of my stuff

Not if you are using the same device, no it shouldn't! Can you log out and then back in again and see if it comes back? It might be that it wasn't connected to the server and didn't update progress but I am hoping not for your sake.
