what happened to the daily helpers? how come they don't roll over from the night before? It's very frustrating and I'm not going to BUY them any more

having same issue for weeks now .my email was answered with no help.I have been stuck on level 1391 for almost 2 months.
I play on my lap top on Facebook. and that's what I'm saying everyday when i come back to the game they are all at zero and the clocks is just starting to tick down. I know once you use one it takes the time to come back, the ones, if any, that i don't use the night before, disappear.
The rechargeable boosters! They should stay there unless you use them in which case they will count down to recharge. The Shovel recharges in 6hrs, 12hrs for the tractor, 16hrs for the +1 and 24 for the colour collector. So yes the next day they should be there, even if it was just the shovel one as you wouldn't be sleeping for 24 hours.

you know the 4 items they give us free every day, in different times, the 1 that deletes 1 crop, the tractor, the one thats adds to all the crops and the one that gathers all the same crop. I'm talking/asking about them. every day they start at zero and start counting down. so it takes 24 hours for the the thats collects all of 1 crop, you'll never hit it if you leave the game.
Are you talking about the companions that you select with beans? If they are missing the studio are running a test and that is why. So leave feedback about why you miss them if that's the case. if not and its something else, could you add a screenshot so we know exactly what you are seeing (or not)

I'm on Level 2918, playing this game for many years. The helpers usually roll over to the next day, now when i start playing i start off with none at all, and the clock starts. I get the daily bonus and thats all the extra help for each day.
