The Ad videos are still under testing in all King Saga games! So, when the features are in testing - those will be sent to only few groups of players at a time for certain period of time! As players, we do not have a way to know who are in included in the tests and how long the tests last! But, once the test period is over, the features will be either moved on to other groups of players OR the groups to test will be expanded!
So, as your co-player, all I would suggest you is to keep updating your game App version and the software of your device, make sure that there is at least 2 GB free space on your device and be active in the game! All these will improve our chances to receive new features.
