Hi. I paid for something and now I can't get past a level for over 3 weeks. The game used to give me some free moves but since paying, nothing. How do I reset this? Thanks

Ads in the game is given randomly in a group of players and is still testing and moved after a period in another group of players! I had Ads in my game 6 months ago and now is hard to pass levels ππ
