I have received many of these and with the 3 gift boxes won each time i have received them it’s just a timer thing, now looking for answers i saw a post with a response that this is some sort of an error and to contact customer support team for the prizes i should have won, normally I wouldn’t mind but i have used many gold bars to extend my life goes so I can win the 3 prize boxes and every time I have played this possibly in the last few weeks give or take I have been conned in to receiving these dodgy timers, please can you give me back all my prizes I should have won which would be quite a few please as this has been a reoccurring issue.
