Lose boosters if leave game

Occasionally I get interrupted while playing and have to leave a level in the middle of a game. When I return to it I have to play the whole level again and all boosters are gone. I don’t close the page.

If these Boosters are part of your win streak, for example, if they are from Bonnie's Boosters, and you leave the level midway, the game recognizes it as quitting the level. And quitting is basically the same as losing the level, therefore, you lose your win streak which means you would lose your Bonnie's Boosters or any other Boosters you would have accumulated from a win streak. You would also lose any other Boosters you would have used in that level already, as Boosters already applied to a level do not return to your inventory, even if you lose or quit a level.

In addition to that, every device has a limit of how many apps it can operate at the same time, as well as battery saving configurations. That means that when you put the game in the background to do something else, such as answering a call, or a message, the device usually closes the app data usage automatically, but leave it sleeping there until you open it again.

Unfortunately, when the device does that, the level you were playing is taken as a failure precisely because the data was closed, and then restarts.
