I think I have both @abe_coffee and @PummyRaj on but I don't get them either. I used to, but not now.
Perhaps if there's a player here in the community that could test it with you and so we can see that issue with the Player IDs it would help me a ton in terms of reporting it to the studio - because otherwise now it might just be that they are not sending it unfortunately 😣 which is hard for me to look into

I don't in all honesty know if they are sending but they are the same ones that I'm requesting from, that are sending me requests. I'm not even getting many beans. Which doesn't matter as such but it does show they aren't coming through. With the amount of playing friends I have, there should be more. I'm actually just buying all lives now because I think I've had four total in the last few weeks, three of those from team members. One came after asking for lives a few times. Luckily they aren't expensive. Yet.
So in this scenario - you can see the friends and they can confirm that they see you - but when they send you a reward you do not receive them?
If we have that confirmation from both players it can help with the investigation for the studio I think!
I don't play using Facebook though and I'm not getting anything about adding friends. I do however have the two accounts linked as they show to send gifts too. But I don't have any issue getting their requests so clearly, that's not it :(

We know some players have trouble sending or receiving lives, recently there's been an update to how the friends system works, and now both players need to confirm the friendship before you can exchange lives.
So some of your friends might be in this process still and aren't able to send lives yet. If your list looks empty, this might be why!
This confirmation is sent now and then when you (you get a pop-up about it where you just press OK), so it should be coming back once your friends continue to play.
We know that this problem has been longer lasting on Facebook too which I unfortunately don't have any updates on the status of right now, but it is something that the studio is aware of.
it certainly would be nice if King addressed this. The official line is you only get lives if they are sent when you are online. Except I am online a lot on laptop when I request them, and the only thing I'm getting again is requests from others. we can tag @LoFiGummy again in case of issues but it has been going on for years now. It starts getting a little better and then it gets worse again. one had two team mate lives and that's it in months. I don't even have lots of waiting beans so they aren't switching always either.
It's been over a month for me too, a few members have left my team, i'm guessing out of frustration. Would be nice if King would address this.
