My game has been crashing since July 23, 2025 on opening it in Win11. I do not want to lose my boosters and bars, which many have been paid for. Please advise. Game name Dew.
Hi Dew…good news I had an upate aroud an hur ago, updated and my game s back exactly to where I left it 5 days ago when started crashing, I have lost my daily boosters and have to start again from 1 or damn cheek pay 6 gold bars to get back to where I was. Good luck hope you see my message soon………………..just so sad that a Mod could nt have told us🤞😘

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues in the game! But, yes! Please do not reinstall the game, as there is no guarantee that the game will work with this step!!

One of my friend told me that she is able to play on “BlueStacks” emulator! I do not know if the boosters will be available there or not (I am assuming they won’t 🤔)!!
Do you have another computer you can use? If so, can you try to download the App and see if the game works there?

The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
