i just played level 2402 and I passed the level. It got stuck and now it’s making me play the level again. It took me quite a while to pass that level already. Can this be adjusted?

Hi, I don't think there's any way to fix this. It's been happening to me regularly since the beginning. The game just got stuck at the end and I had to replay the same round. I don't know what it is, but it really annoyed me too. It takes a lot of nerve.🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you've passed your level but it was not recorded by the game as I know how important your in-game progress is.

I want to inform you that every level requires a few tasks to be completed in order for it to be passed. It can be to clear some kind of blockers, to gather a number of items etc. But completing those tasks alone does not mean you have already passed the level. In order to pass a level, you need to pass the score counting screen and wait for the game to exit the level screen back to the game map.

That means that if your game freezes or closes before the score counting is over, or before the game leaves the level screen, the level will be counted as failed, and you will have to do that level again, losing any assistance you may have gotten to play it before.

Please note that we're not able to pass the level for you and you will need to pass it again. I have checked and I was able to see that our team has already sent you 20 Gold Bars and I hope that these will help you pass the level again.
