Bohnen eintauschen

Hallo Kundenservice,

Warum ist es nicht möglich, für gesammelte Bohnen, mehr Booster auszuwählen.

Für die gesammelten Bohnen zu erhalten, hat man auch viele Goldbarren gekauft, um diese zu sammeln.

Es wäre ein großer Anreiz für alle mehr zu spielen, wenn man für diese Bohnen alle Booster kaufen könnte. Das könnten zum Beispiel mehr Schaufeln sein, oder andere Booster mit entsprechend mehr Bohnen.

Ich denke, die Community wird mit mir der gleichen Meinung sein und es wäre auch ein Anreiz für neue Spieler zu gewinnen.

Why is it not possible to select more boosters for collected beans?
In order to obtain the collected beans, one has also purchased many gold bars to collect them.
It would be a great incentive for everyone to play more if one could purchase all boosters for these beans. These could be more shovels, for example, or other boosters with correspondingly more beans.
I think the community will agree with me, and it would also be an incentive to attract new players.

Hi, this is a great idea, several players have already offered this alternative, but so far there is no response, there are a lot of beans, you could at least buy gold bars for them, for example 9 bars for 9000 beans, what do you think 🤓😉🤗❤️

Right now the beans main uses are:

Activate Companions for certain levels. Open a level and, on the start screen, look for the Companions. Tap a Companion and confirm the Bean cost to enable their ability for that level.
In Rancid levels, before you start, you’ll see an option to activate a bonus with Beans. Choose the amount you want and confirm.
Aquiring the Shovel Booster before levels to help you in the game.

However your feedback here is appreciated we know that players would like more ways to use the beans, and hopefully it's something that the game studio can look into in the future.

Can't access free lives from team
The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.

Why can I not receive or ask for lives from my team mates. Also how do I make them my friends as there isn't a friends request button
Why has this game become so bad
This game has changed. It's so much harder with less ways to earn lives. I have reached level 5350 I am now deleting the game. I've had enough so thanks for ruining it by making so many negative and unhelpful changes
Support ignored question/issue then closed ticket
I've tried contacting support and they're hopeless. Not addressing the issue or answering my questions. The latest temporary event where you needed to collect logs, disappeared from my game. I got a message that it was 'taking a break', (or something to that effect, which I've never seen in the game before), two days…
