Stuck at Level 2221

I have recently changed my laptop and now cannot access the gold bars I have bought, nor can I purchase new ones. I am stuck at Level 2221, I only get the option to retry not to use gold bars. I do not get the daily awards. It feels like Groundhog Day! I only ever play on my laptop. I get all the tips etc every day that you would get as a new user. I have played for years.

As a side note, are you still logged in and a green tick for connection?

I mostly am ok personally on the windows app, its usually on a rare occasion when there is a connection issue I cannot do anything.

I'm sorry to hear you're facing these issues. Could you please try these troubleshooting steps and see if they help:

• Sign in to your Microsoft account.
• Make sure Windows has the latest update: select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates. If there is an available update, select Install now.
• Update the game:
  • Open the Microsoft Store, at the top-right corner of the Library page, click on the Get Updates button, then Install all of them
  • Click Update on the game only, from the games list.
• To enable automatic updates: Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Microsoft Store, select Settings, and turn on the App Updates option.
• Run the troubleshooter: Select the Start button, and then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.
