Since I can't get help resolving not receiving lives from my team I am wondering if I log out then back in will it reset game? Will I lose my accumulated beans?

1. Logging in/out will not affect the booster; clearing player data will.
2.Each person's game will often be different because they are in different test groups.
3.My situation is this:
I joined the team three years ago, and even if my teammates gave me "hearts," I could only save a maximum of 6. About 4 months ago, I was able to save all the "hearts" I received.
4.The team I'm in is functioning normally, but unfortunately it's already at full capacity.
