My dad plays this game Candy Crush Saga and he was past level 14 000, can't remember exactly wich one but today when he loggen in he was back at first level. He plays on Facebook on computer. Can You help us solve this problem?

Can you try to play from another browser on the computer. Also alternatively try downloading the Windows app version of the game to try to have him playing there.

I downloaded the game on my phone and connected on my dads account, and it's on the level that he was last playing 14 747 but when I go to the game on Facebook on computer it's at the 133. He started playing game again from the beggining. And sometimes when we enter the game it says that there was and error and they are trying to fix it. Will it be fixed soon ?

I am sorry to hear about your father's progress. It is weird that it is not reflecting if he is using the same Facebook account. Can you please check out our Help Center + chat bot. Then choose the Chat With Us, in order to reach out to Player Support to obtain help with his progress issue to ensure that your receive a reply as soon as possible.
