Hallo, ich habe seit ein paar Tagen Verbindungsprobleme, daher erhalte ich keine Belohnungen und komme deshalb bei Quests nicht weiter. Hat vielleicht jemand eine Idee? Habe bereits dem Kundendienst geschrieben, welcher keine große Hilfe war LG
Liebes Farm Heroes Support Team
Dringende Hilfe benötigt-Keine Verbindung zum Spiel obwohl mein Gerät im WLAN ist und andere Apps keine Internetprobleme zeigen. Das Gerät ist ein Android 10 und ich nutze einen WebKit Browser.
Folgende Schritte habe ich bereits durchgeführt- Neustart des Gerätes mehrfach- Neuinstallation der App- Löschen von Cache und Daten- Überprüfung und Erlaubnis aller App Berechtigungen für Internet und Speicher- Nutzung verschiedener Netzwerke inklusive Mobiler Daten- Sicherstellung das sowohl Betriebssystem und App auf dem neuesten Stand sind. Trotz all dieser Maßnahmen erscheint die Meldung KEINE VERBINDUNG dauerhaft- bisher keine Lösung. Können Sie mir bitte weiterhelfen oder mir mitteilen ob das Problem rechnerseitig ist und wann mit einer Lösung zu rechnen ist.

Ich habe mein Verbindungsproblem genau geschildert und das trotz vorhandenem WLAN und zusätzlich einen Screenshot geschickt. Ich solle michan die Community melden.
Danke für die Rückmeldung, ich habe die App auf meinem Handy. Meine Version ist 6.85.14 Ich habe heute die App neu installiert und einen Screenshot an den Kundendienst geschickt, die mir leider nicht helfen konnten.

Can you please explain what you meant by "they were not much help"? If you have received an automated email after sending your complaint, that is the norm. To receive further assistance, we have to send a reply through that automated email and provide more details about the issue in our game. Also, sending screenshots helps the Support team to look into the issue.
After that, a real agent will be contacting you within 72 hours👍️ Let me know if you have any questions / for further assistance!

Es tut mir leid, das du Verbindungsprobleme mit deinem Spiel Farm Heroes Saga hast.
Auf welcher Plattform spielst du? Nutzt du die App auf einem Mobilgerät oder auf einem PC/Laptop? Welche Version der App hast du? Im Moment haben wir Version 6.85.12.0.
Mit dieser Version habe ich beispielsweise keine Probleme.
