lost data

today i lost data , yesterday I'm still playing as usual.I remember I was level 1600 or 1700.I have not registered an account yet. , Is there a way to recover data when you haven't registered? i play on pc and dowload from microsoft store

I am sorry to hear that you lost the progress in your game!

Did you try closing the App and restarting your computer?  If that did not work, I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team directly from the game App, as they have the resources to restore the progress for you👍

On Game “Home” screen, you see 3 dots & lines in the left bottom corner, right?  Click on that —> now, click on “Help Center” —> I would select the 5th option “Save & Sync your progress” listed under Popular Topics —> Now, select the most suitable option (I would go with - “I can’t find my progress in the game…….”)  —> There is some information at the very bottom for the players that did not save their progress yet.  Please follow those steps and go from there!
