Which device are you using? Which “mini games” are you trying to play? What happens when you try to play the event(s)?
Did you update the game App? Last week, the game send a latest update which had a fix for the glitch with the mini games!

No minigames are currently active. Amelia's Arcade was working fine until yesterday, but the minigame is now closed.
Tried that, didn't work

Hi @Daz @Dada13 there's an app update available on the Google Play Store. I installed it and haven't had any more problems with the Mimi games since.

Yes, that's the case, so I can't open and collect rewards and that's disappointing. King should fix this.
Hi @Dada13 do you mean by "freezing" that the timer in mini Garden game, for example, is set to zero? The minigame can then no longer be opened.
That's what's happening to me too.
I have a problem when additional mini game appears like 1-2-3 grow then another game eg garden game is frozen
