Bonjour, depuis deux jours le jeu farm heroes saga reste bloqué à la moitié du chargement au démarrage(photo ci dessous), seulement sur facebook, sur mon téléphone ça fonctionne, que se passe t'il? Merci.

And, I am so sorry to hear that your game is getting stuck halfway even after switching the browsers!

If browser switching did not do the trick, it might be that the connection between Facebook and the game servers needs a little nudge🤔

Can you please try below steps and let me know how it goes?👇(please try one step at a time and check back the game):

(1) Check Facebook 'Gaming' Settings: Go to your Facebook Settings > Gaming > and make sure it is set to 'Social Gaming'. If it’s off, the game won’t be able to load your progress!

(2) Clear the Facebook Cache: Try specifically clearing the cookies and cache for Facebook.com. This forces a fresh connection.

(3) Check for VPN or Ad-Blockers: Sometimes these can stop the game from 'talking' to the server. Try turning them off for a moment to see if the bar moves!

(4) The 'Patience' Test: Try leaving the game on that loading screen for 5 full minutes. If it still hasn't moved, we know it's a connection block.

 including Google Chrome and Firefox, but the problem persists.
