For some reason I have been set back several levels. I really don't want to redo these levels. I have tried clearing my cache and still at an old level. Considering just deleting this game as it is always something…….

I am sorry that you have been set back a few levels. Please contact Support directly from within the game: go to the three-dot menu at the bottom left of the start screen, select the Help Center, choose the "Progress" category, and select the topic "I can't find my game progress." Scroll all the way to the bottom and contact the support team.
