What is this that I circled in blue? It won't open when I click on it.

I used to have this in my game too; it would always pop up after I had completed a number of levels.

If you recall, there used to be a "piggy bank" feature. That piggy bank would fill up with gold bars as you played new levels. However, those gold bars weren't a free gift—you had to pay a fee to claim the gold bars from the piggy bank.

This purchase offer works in a similar way. Once you’ve played a certain number of new levels (I don't recall the exact minimum required), the offer pops up, showing you the price to get various boosters and gold bars.

However, I’ve never used it, so I can’t tell you if it’s worth it.
