Connection issue

Hello,

I'm having trouble to reconnect my facebook account on Farm Heroes, in order to have my progression back.

When I'm on Facebook/parameters/applications, Farm Heroes exists and is marked as "activated", but when I try to connect in the app farm heroes, I always a message "error, please try again".

I've tried to disconnect and reconnect my king account from Farm Heroes. I've also tried to disconnect farm heroes from Facebook, and then reconnect. I've also tried to reinstall farm heroes and Facebook and reconnect all the accounts, but nothing worked.

Is there any thing I could do in order to get my progression back ?

Hey there @16476008614 and welcome to the Community.

To connect a King and Facebook account, these need to share the same email address.

So please make sure that your accounts are sharing the same email address. For King accounts you can change the email address in your account in the settings, and you should be able to do this on Facebook as well.

Once you've done this, logging out and then back into the game should "sync" their progress with each other.
