Hi @Daz could you please delete the screenshot? It contains personal data that could be misused. If you purchased something but haven't received it, please follow the steps outlined in our Help Center: I-didn-t-receive-my-Google-Play-purchase.
If you would like to contact support, please use the option available within the game (start screen, three-line menu, Help Center).
Then go to the "Purchases and Payments" article.
