I previously sent an email requesting help but haven't received a response yet, so I am reaching out here. I am pasting my original message below, hoping to get some assistance this time.
First of all, my initial problem in the game was this: The game wasn't allowing me to uncheck the pre-game boosters obtained from events before starting a level. That is why I originally wanted to contact support.
To make sure my game was up to date, I deleted and reinstalled the app. Even though I reconnected via Facebook and successfully restored my level progress, all of my saved boosters have been wiped out! Currently, every single booster I own shows as zero.
Please help me resolve both of these issues!
