Question

It’s not working—everything is set up correctly, but I’m just at the beginning and I don’t want to start over. It happened to me last year where I had to restart; I enjoy the game, but I really don’t want to repeat it all again, plus the playing area is a disaster.

I am thinking this could be a glitch you are experiencing due to the new map version!  You must have seen another complaint with the same issue!

I will report it to the Community In-charge and see if they have any information about it!

Hey there @janicka1967 I read your previous comments and as I understand it the previous account was accidentally deleted, to help with this, please reach out to Support via the game and ask for help regarding this by following the steps:

* Open the game
* Press Settings
* Go to "Help Center"
* Select any article and scroll down
* Press "Contact us" or "Chat with us"

To speed up the process, please explain what happened, and include any screenshots or receipts you may have of purchases of your previous progress or purchases. You can also include the following information:

* Your current Player ID: 16667621150
* Your previous Player ID: 15649149653
