Farm Heroes can not work

Hello CS Team,

I'm experiencing an issue where the game keeps crashing during gameplay.

I've already verified that I have sufficient storage space on my phone and cleared the game cache, but the problem persists. Since my game data doesn't seem to be linked to an account, I can't reinstall the app without losing my current progress. Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

Here are my device details:

Device: OPPO Reno 7 5G

OS: Android 13

Game Version: 6.98.14

I have the same problem, too. I just wanted to collect the daily bonus, but I can't even get that far because the app keeps crashing.
