Bug in app

Question

Due to a bug in the app, I had to delete my account and re-install.

When I did this the bug disappeared but so did all of my shovels, tractors, boosters, and plus boosters of which I had over 100.  I think it is time to say goodbye to this game after many years. I am currently at the maximum number of games and have to wait until every Tuesday before I can play again.

If you reinstall the app, you will lose all your boosters; this is normal because boosters are stored locally on your device. Only your gold bars and progress are saved on King's servers and are available across all devices.

I am truly sorry that you lost all your boosters because of this.

Next time, please check the store for an update or ask here in the community before reinstalling the app.
