Losing Beans!

For the past 3 days, I've notice my beans are gone. I had a ton (I'm on level 1779, I think I had 160K points but not sure--it was a heck of a lot more than I have now!), and now I have 865! ...yesterday I had 1600. I don't know what's happening to my beans!!! Can you help?!?!

...and the more I play the more points I lose...I'm now down to 505 this morning from 865.

I'm sorry that you have an issue with the Magic Beans.

In order to help you, I'd like to know your device and if is updated to the last game version.

Did you have a new device? Did you try to clear the data and the cache, then restart your mobile/PC?

Hi @jodijay and welcome to our friendly forums. If you use a companion when you play a level, it costs you a certain amount of beans each time you attempt the level. Under each of the animals is a check box. Simply click the one that is checked and the friend will not appear. I will post a couple of screenshots shortly to explain better.

Hi there! So I play on Facebook, I have it downloaded on my tablet and phone as well. I don't believe I have any companions. The very weird thing is when I do the challenge games (I don't know the correct name, but I think it has to do with firecrackers this round) I earn points. But when I play a round, it takes them away.

I believe I have the updates as well. I'm going to double check the companions thing sine I have on several devices, but no matter where I play, my points are gone.

The points will stay on the device you play, so if you started on say, a phone then moved to a tablet, the progress will restart on the tablet, but will still be at that point on the phone.

One thing I have found is I play on windows 10, rarely on facebook itself and never on devices now. Often I didn't get the rewards, but one day for testing I logged onto Facebook to find all my missing rewards. Not sure if that is helpful or not.

You will however have companions, they are on the start screen where you press play (3 options of animals etc that you activate to help in theory)

I appreciate your responses. It seems no matter which I play on, all the points are missing on each one. I don't have companions either. I've restarted the devices as well. I don't know the answer to this. I've contacted King directly too and their response was they aren't having issues and I'm clearly using points to buy things (am not), so that's it. I'm pretty much over this now. I can't seem to get points back and it's pointless to keep playing. :( Very sad.
