I can’t receive lives? - Update: Known issue with Facebook connectivity (profile pic/friend list)!

    I’m using my iPhone and I have also tried just using the king account and not Facebook. I have checked all settings to. I get my lives from other games besides candy crush friends. I get them on candy crush soda and candy crush jelly. I don’t receive magic beans either. I haven’t for sometime. It is frustrating not to be able to get beans and lives that you need to play.

    Dear @Rancid, I have had a similar problem for months -- not receiving lives in Candy Crush Friends Saga. I just figured it was a game issue. Should we be contacting the customer center when all else fails?

    Hi @MountainMom the first question is, are the members in your team sending you lives? If they don't press the button, no amount of updates, restarts, uninstalls or messages to Customer care will fix that.

    Which iPhone version are you using? Are there any updates in the app store?

    It is frustrating when the easy fixes don't work. We can also tag @QueenB to see if there are any current issues too.

    By me I am becoming lifes from the members that game gave me...not often...only from one or two...not from all...but the problem is I am asking for lifes and sending lifes to my fb friends and kings friends all the time.....is it the problem the gamers are not active by the game anymore? How to delete them and have only active players in my game...I have very high level allready...sometimes I am waiting to open new ones
