Farm Heroes Saga crash by start

Dear all,
I'm a long-time player of Farm Heroes Saga.
I usually play with my iPad (software updated at the most recent status - 9.3.5) but since a couple of days the Heroes Saga crashes by start. It just load the first page and then, when you press "Play" just crashes! This happen since I load the last update from the Heroes Saga.
I tried all, I have enough free memory space (49,6 GB).
The game is working well on my MacBook and my iPhone.
can everyone help me? Thanks a lot.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the game!
You said you have updated your iPad software recently to 9.3.5! I am just wondering how old is that iPad?
Also, what was the latest Farm Heroes Saga updated version that you have downloaded? Please look for the version number and give it to me?
Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the game? This step would remove all your saved up boosters and they are not reimbursable by the King team. This would usually restores the game(s) and any and all bugs are removed!

Yes, I deleted and reinstalled the game, but didn't help!
The game version is the 5.58.5 and the iPad is a iPad Mini, model A1432 ...I think late 2012.

Farm heroes needs ios9 as a very minimum and yours just scrapes past.
Have you tried removing any apps you no longer use and clearing any unneeded photos etc? The more space the better as it needs 2GB of ram to work.
