Purchase failed to go through but my account was debited

I've made purchases successfully before when playing Farm Hero Saga but for some reason on July 6....they wouldn't go through. I received an error message that said OH NO, UNABLE TO MAKE A PURCHASE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN. So.....I did. I tried a total of 5 times before I got frustrated and closed out my game. The next day I checked my bank account and it showed 5 "pending" charges of $1.99. I thought the charges would drop off but today I check and THEY CLEARED. $9.95 and received nothing for it! I'd like to get a refund but I don't know who to contact. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

    I'm sorry about your problem with the Gold Bars purchase. For this kind of issue you have to contact the Customer Support from here at the bottom of this page "Contact Us " or from your device in the settings area. It's important to specify your device, you can read this article for more info: Purchases and Gold Bars

    In your device click on the wheel icon on the top in the left side, Customer Care and then Purchases and Gold bars and specify all the details of your problem.
