Hi @Lynski I understand you are frustrated and rightly so. However we didn't make you lose your gold bars so please don't shout at us 😥

You have two options as we cannot give them back from here.

You can either query it via the email receipt that you will have had and tell them you didn't get the bars.

Or you can contact customer support who do have access to your account and will be able to see that you didn't had them and add them on for you. You can find them through this link here
