lost synch from facebook to my phone, on facebook im on level 1210 if i play on a PC, BUT ON MY PHONE I'M ON LEVEL 2? this is since i reinstalled the game app as per yor advice ! this is a rip offffffffffff

Sounds like the connection from the game to Facebook is not working correctly. Try the steps on this thread:

Its also good advice that usually works. As the other poster said, it sounds like a connection issue. As long as you log in and sync it again, progress WILL come back
