I have found that if I try to log in to any one of the King games, I now get a loading screen which asks for my date of birth. I cannot proceed beyond this even if I do fill in the relevant details as the submit button is greyed out after completion anyway. So there is no way of getting into the game.

I'm sorry about your issue, there is a new rule that was made in UK, the players must be 18 years old otherwise you are not allowed to play!
So the submit button is not working, may I ask if is possible to have a screenshot of it and your type of device, mobile, PC, Facebook or King.com?

@encantes just to add to what you were saying, "This age control is now being rolled out since you will need to be at least 18 years old to be able to play all King games. If you are over 13 years old, you can play most of the King games with approval from your legal guardian."
So with some of them they might be able to play if over 13 with permission, we just don't know which games ๐
InterestinglyI am in the UK and haven't had any pop ups!
@Lady_Choo I'm in uk ,Gone through all above ,deleted game from facebook and re-installed but still the same problem this is on laptop,windows 10,facebook. Same game will not even load on android(samsung tablet).Been various problems with this game over the last two years,time it was sorted out or game cancelled although I realise this was instigated by an age control "thing".
@KateM1 have you had an automated email back? If not I would suggest emailing them again to https://soporto.king.com/contact
Fill in the details then add this as shown and explain the problem. They might be busy as they have had a lot of complaints over it and its summer so less staff are on because of holiday time.
I assume you are playing on a device....are you logged into Facebook for progress? If so, you could remove the app from Facebook settings. Then when you log in again it will ask for permissions...that might sort it, but you would lose any saved boosters as they are saved on the device and the log in itself. So don't try that part if you haven't saved progress or have boosters.

Hi @encantes, I am playing on Facebook and the screenshot you showed was the screen I have everytime I try to go on Farm Heroes Saga. I can't read the privacy policy either - perhaps that is due to the date of birth bit not working. I haven't yet heard back from customer support. Should I delete the game and re-install it like @Jim_Coltman? I assume this would mean I would have to start the game again after that?
