Bonuses and rewards

I am at level 1156. I have been stuck here forever. I am receiving my bonuses and rewards but they are not showing in my game so that I can use them. There were times that I could use them to move to the next level.

    Do you mean they are vanishing?

    Could you tell me which device you are playing on and if using Facebook on a browser, which browser you are using please, then we can help your further 😊

    They are there for 1 game and then they are gone. I am playing in facebook

    Still not working. Worked for 1 game then disappeared.

    Games is still not working correctly. I am now at level 1159 and again not receiving my bonuses and rewards😕
