Game Crashes

Sporadic main game crashes but absolutely boots me back to home screen on mini games.  Frustrating.  

Game updated.  Browser updated.  Etc..

    Hi neets- Welcome to King Care! Let's try to fix this problem :-) 

    Here are a few steps to follow that can improve your gaming experience:

    a. Please close all apps and restart the device

    b. Please check for any updates for your device and apps: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/113412?hl=en

    c. Clear the cache frequently using this sequence: Settings > Apps > (Farm Heroes Saga) > Clear cache

    Thanks for your reply. App auto updated. Cache already cleared (consistently) and device has been restarted many times.  I have been unable to get into (or stay) in any 'treasure chest' or mini game for months.  I am frustrated and near to deleting King Games.  This begun after the app update for this game.

    Any other suggestions?
