All my King games keep crashing

I play my games on a second generation iPad and the last few months all my games crash at some point, either halfway through a game or just as it opens. Why? I have asked this question in the past but have not had an answer or help as to how to stop this from happening. Please King Games let me know how to fix this.

Same problems. New iPad mini. No other apps opened. Rebooted a few times

If you are using an older iPad then please see this thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-is-ipad-2-not-supported-anymore-for-candy-crush-crash

Some of the older phones and tablets can't run the game so this might be your issue.

It can also be that you have other apps running that interferes with the game. Try a simple reboot right before playing the game to see if it solves the issue.

Some of the older phones and tablets can't run the game so this might be your issue.

Can't access free lives from team
The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
Lost my points
My game was accidentally removed. I pulled the app up and noticed my score dropped a couple thousand points! Why?? That is not fair!! I was almost @ 4000. I lost over 2000 points
Superhard
Im at a very hard level and not even in my phone i beat it
Farmer's market
I ran into farmer's market this morning and now I don't have it anymore, I could get gold bars here and the side game is gone 😢🥺
