would someone please fix farm heroes saga, I usefirefox and play through Facebook. it does not give me my bonuses and when I match veggies it only gives the number of veggies matched and does not count the small numbers attached to the veggies, I have tried using google Chrome no different, I have tried through Microsoft store, no different, ANY HELP

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues in your game 😕
** When you said "Bonuses" -- are you mentioning the "Daily Bonus"? If so, there has been a glitch with this feature, and hence, it is not popping up until we play a level! So, I would suggest you to play a level - old or new, and win or lose. Once you finish the level, go back to the Map screen and you will see that your "Daily Bonus" will pop-up 👍️
** With regards to the "Cropsie Matches" --> The Farm Studio has changed how the Companion feature works! Now, the Companion will be activated ONLY when we make combos of 4 or more Veggies/Cropsies. When we make combos of 3 Cropsies, it will not fill the Companion bar!
Also, another change they brought is - we do not have to make combos with just one single Cropsie, but we can use any and all veggies that are available on the board 😀

I am talking about shovels, tractors, plus1, clear aparticular crop, these don't charge, the level I am playing now is beat Rancid and the way the game is performing it seems impossible to defeat Rancid, thinking seriously abandoning farm heroes saga. so frustrating.

When you said it is not giving you the Bonuses, I thought you are not receiving the Daily Bonus feature!! Sorry about the confusion 🤦
There has been a glitch with the game for the players who are using desktop computers/laptops -- the boosters not being recharged!
** The issue you are having -- The boosters won't be recharged AND the new boosters you receive from the Daily Bonus won't be added there, isn't it?
I too have experienced this but with only the Tractors and +1 booster (but the Shovels and Hunter (Purple dog) boosters would be normal). It went away on it's own in my game and is working properly from past 2 weeks! For some players, it would go away but, come back after couple of days!!
Our Farm In-charge and the Farm game Studio team is aware about this issue. They are trying to find the root cause and fix it, but taking longer than expected 😕
** With regards to the Companion activation & Cropsie matches -- I completely agree with you that the new setting is not helping at all to move up 🙄 Unfortunately, the Studio team is not thinking to bring back the old method!!

Even the new system of 4 cropsie matches is not working for me. my understanding is if you have a 4 match then the full value of the small numbers would be added, I had a4,4,2,2, match and it only deducted 3 from my required percentage, I think I will stop playing farm heroes saga until the gliches are sorted, thanks for all your help and advice PummyRaj, it was much appreciated you spending time trying to sort my problems.

@archiedal Rancid levels don't work the same every time. Although its based on 100% the required numbers to fill that 100% might be more on some levels than others. So some might only need 300 crops and some seem to need 3 million 🤦♀️ (or so it seems)
Don't waste beans as they don't help either. That is a hard level, I have a video but its only one star so far..
